The Challenge

The Goodwill of Central North Carolina, already serving over 13,000 people in 2018, sought additional marketing avenues that could increase donations and broaden their reach across NC.

The Outcome

When they partnered with Nonprofit Megaphone to manage their Google Ad Grant, they saw continued growth in the form of donations! In the first month alone, the donation pick-up requests increased so much that they suggested their ads for donations be reduced. In the words of the client, “It seems that your efforts to promote donation pickups have really worked!” With almost 500 new people engaging with their website each month, they have also seen a 13.07% conversion rate, allowing more people in the community to support the mission and vision of the Goodwill of Central North Carolina.
