The Challenge

While the Symphony provides a range of concerts every year, including a regular series of Masterworks, Pops, Family, and Education Concerts, what many people might not know is that they are one of only four American orchestras to sponsor an Academy of Music. This has become core to the mission of the Des Moines Symphony, providing education and opportunities to the future performers of America. In order to spread awareness of this aspect of their mission, they needed focused marketing.

The Outcome

The Google Ad Grant and partnership with Nonprofit Megaphone is a vital part of their marketing strategy. Nonprofit Megaphone facilitated the awareness of their virtual content during the Covid-19 pandemic and continued to provide expert ads during the reopening for live concerts and educational opportunities. They continue to see over 2,000 visitors to their website daily as well as over 100 conversions each month. NPM is excited to partner with such a great community organization!
