Before they had the Google Ad Grant, Girls Who Code wanted to find ways to increase their website engagement and promote their events to a relevant audience.

The Outcome

After four years of partnering with Nonprofit Megaphone, we're thrilled to see consistently amazing results! Currently, they are receiving over 39,000 impressions per month with a click-through rate of 14.06%, well above Google’s requirement of 5%. They also see more than 5,000 new visitors to their website each month as a result of their Google Ads.

Girls Who Code was founded with a single mission: to close the gender gap in technology by offering opportunities for students and Alumni to deepen their computer science skills, they deepen their confidence. Their programs create clear pathways for alumni from middle and high school into the workforce. They have built a supportive sisterhood of peers and role models to help students and alumni succeed.
